Fernanda Magalhães

Junior Researcher - Research Fellow

Fernanda de Araujo Meirelles Magalhães is a PhD student in Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Porto, Portugal. She has a Master’s degree in Civil Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Porto, Portugal and a graduation in Law from the National Law School, Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
She worked as an attorney from 2017 to 2021, in Brazil and Portugal, and she is currently a scholarship researcher at CIJ.  
Research fields: Contracts Law - mainly, Smart Contracts, Blockchain, Consumer Law and Digital Law.
