Conference "Food Law - Issues surrounding the legal status of the agricultural sector"

On 23 October, at 2pm, the conference "Food Law - Issues surrounding the legal status of the agricultural sector" will take place. Prof Krzysztof Rozanski, from the University of Poznan, will present the modern framework of the agricultural sector in the light of Polish law (oral communication in Spanish). This will be followed by three communications by Prof João Pacheco de Amorim, Prof José Reis and Prof Anabela Leão, professors at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto and CIJ researchers, in which they will try to identify some of the main challenges facing the agricultural sector in the context of contemporary constitutional law, administrative law, company law and competition law.
The event will be organised and moderated by Professor Tiago Azevedo Ramalho.
