Ana Rita Babo Pinto

Collaborator Researcher

Ana Rita Babo Pinto is, since 2019, Guest Assistant of the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, where she teaches the disciplines of Political Science, Constitutional Law and Public International Law.
She is a collaborating researcher at the Centro de Investigação Interdisciplinar em Justiça (CIJ) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto.
She is also a Lawyer at the Legal Department of AMBISIG – Ambiente e Sistemas de Informação Geográfica, S.A. and SOCARTO – Sociedade de Levantamentos Topo-Cartográficos, Lda., where she actively works in the areas of administrative litigation, public procurement and constitutional law. She has also practised law at the Legal Department of Banco de Portugal and in law firms, namely at the Public Law Department of Sérvulo & Associados SP RL and of VdA – Vieira de Almeida e Associados, SP RL.
She is a trainer, already having experience of collaboration, e.g., with the Lisbon Regional Council of the Bar Association.
Member of the Portuguese Association of Constitutional Law (APDC) (since 2020).
Law Degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, Ana Rita has a Postgraduate Degree in Administrative Law from the Law School of the University of Minho, and is currently finishing her Master's thesis in Administrative Law.
Fluent in English.
She has been developing her research in the fields of Administrative Law and Constitutional Law.
