Ana Rita Babo Pinto

Ana Rita Babo Pinto holds a degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto and a Master's in Administrative Law from the School of Law of the University of Minho. Currently, she is a Ph.D. candidate at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto.

Since 2017, she has been a lawyer, having practiced at law firms (Sérvulo & Associados SP RL, Vieira de Almeida & Associados, SP RL) and at the Bank of Portugal, always in the field of Public Law. Currently, she is an In-House Lawyer, working primarily in the areas of Administrative Law (procedure and process) and, in particular, Public Procurement.

Since 2019, she has been an Invited Assistant at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, where she currently collaborates in teaching Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and Political Science.

She is a trainer in the field of Public Law, having already collaborated, for example, with the Lisbon Regional Council of the Bar Association and with the National Institute of Public Administration, I.P.

Her research has focused on the areas of Administrative Law and Constitutional Law, with publications and participation as a speaker in conferences and continuing education courses in these areas.
