Collaborator Researcher
Ana Rita Babo Pinto holds a degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto and a Master's degree in Administrative Law from the Escola de Direito of the Universidade do Minho. Currently, she is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto.
Since 2017, she has been practicing as a lawyer, having worked in law firms (Sérvulo & Associados SP RL, Vieira de Almeida & Associados, SP RL) and at the Bank of Portugal, always in the area of Public Law. She is currently an In-House Lawyer, working mainly in the areas of Administrative Law (procedure and process) and, in particular, Public Procurement.
As of 2019, she has been a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, where she currently collaborates in teaching Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Political Science.
She is an instructor in the field of Public Law, having already collaborated, for example, with the Conselho Regional de Lisboa da Ordem dos Advogados and with the Instituto Nacional da Administração Pública, I.P..
Her research has focused on the areas of Administrative Law and Constitutional Law, with published work, participation as a speaker in conferences and continuing instructing courses in these areas.
