The Summer School takes place at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto from the 11th to the 14th of September 2023. The course is intensive, focusing on 4 days of discussion of a variety of bioethical and bio-legal topics through a legislative, doctrinal and jurisprudential analysis, from a multidisciplinary (ethical-philosophical-legal-medical) and multilevel (international, European and national) approach.

ELIGIBILITY
Students and professionals with an interest in complex health problems and biolaw in a national and  international context.
 
ENROLLMENT
  1. The Summer School is a self-sustainable initiative and the course is subject to the enrollment of at least 20 students.
  2. You can make your registration/payment by filling in the form that will be available here from 1st of August until the 1st of September.
 
If you choose to pay via ATM and In case the employer is responsible for paying the registration fee, he will have to request the receipt with the respective data: name and the tax identification number, which must appear on the receipt, on the day of payment, to the following email: silva@direito.up.pt
 
A certificate of attendance of the course will be issued to those who participate in the full sessions of 3 of the 4 days of the Summer School.
