Researcher Paulo Magalhães participated in the IX Meeting of CPLP Environment Ministers with an intervention on the climate emergency and the need for an innovative legal response through the description of the stable climate system as Common Heritage of Humanity.

It should be noted that the Declaration resulting from the summit (which can be consulted in "More Information") integrated in its text the consideration of the debate on the "Stable climate as a Common Heritage of Humanity", an objective actively promoted by the Mission Group that the CIJ integrates.
