Short Course "The (new) Administrative Justice"

The III edition of the Short Course "The "(new) Administrative Justice" organised by the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto and CIJ will take place from April 12 to 22, 2021.
 
The course will be held via ZOOM platform, from 6pm to 9pm (and from 10am to 1pm on saturday), and will last for 30 hours of distance learning.
 
This training offer of preparation and improvement of administrative procedural practices, aims to promote the acquisition of specific skills that, by constituting an element of differentiation, enhance success in academic training and professional options, enabling students to perform, in different institutional contexts, diversified legal activities, stimulating the acquisition of autonomous skills of practical-forensic application, and complementing and deepening, in the framework of a specialised training, the dogmatic and practical knowledge acquired in the cycle of studies of the bachelor's and master's degrees,

Partnership: AMJAFP - Association of Magistrates of the Administrative and Fiscal Jurisdiction of Portugal
 
Duration: 30 hours of distance learning, via ZOOM platform.         
 
Recipients: all those dealing with Administrative Litigation issues
 
Vacancies: 90 vacancies. Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The minimum number of places for the course is 20
Attendance Certificate: depends exclusively on the attendance of at least 75% of the teaching part
 
Tuition:
80 euros - general public
60 euros - former students of the FDUP
35 euros - students of the undergraduate and master's degree courses of the FDUP
 
(for the general public and for former FDUP students the insurance fee of 2 euros is added)
 
Registration:
From March 17th to April 7th by filling in the form available form
 
The registration depends on the sending of  form, until 12am of April 7, 2021, to posgrad@direito.up.pt
 
Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis until the maximum number of places is filled.
 
After validation of the registration form, payment instructions will be sent by email with a fixed deadline for regularisation, under penalty of losing the vacancy
