Colloquium "The Amendments to the Criminal Law and to the Criminal Procedure Law in the Context of the Portuguese Anti-Corruption Strategy"

The Faculty of Law of the University of Porto (FDUP) and the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research on Justice (CIJ) will host, on 28 March 2022, the Colloquium entitled "The amendments to the criminal law and criminal procedure in the context of the Portuguese Anti-Corruption Strategy".
In this scientific meeting that aims to promote open dialogue between the Academy and the Forum, the main dogmatic and practical implications of recent amendments to criminal law and criminal procedure legislation on corruption will be analysed and critically discussed. At the end, a round table led by young researchers will present a summary of the main conclusions.
The conference will take place face-to-face, in the Main Hall of the FDUP. Participation is free of charge, via the registration form available here.
