Collaborator Researcher
Inês Camarinha Lopes is an invited assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto (2018 – present) where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in law (2014 – 2018). She is a master’s degree student, in the area of civil law, at the same institution.[GE1]
Between April and September of 2019 she was an assistant researcher at the ‘’Instituto de Saúde Pública da Universidade do Porto – ISPUP’’ under the research project ‘’RECAP Preterm - Research on European Children and Adults Born Preterm’’, whose objectives were to describe and compare the challenges, opportunities and the current status of record-linkage processes of health and educational data in three European countries – the Netherlands, Portugal and Finland.
She is also a researcher at the CIJ - Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Justice, since 2018.
Her interests are focused on civil law, data protection law and criminal law.
