Fernando Silva Pereira

Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto in 2007; Master’s in law (civil law) from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto in 2012, and a PhD in Law from the same Faculty in 2017, with the maximum classification University of Porto. Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of University of Porto.
Member of the Portuguese Bar Association, as Lawyer, since 2010. Member of CIJ (Center for Legal Research), unit of research and development integrated at the Faculty of Law of Oporto University.
Fernando is an associate at CCSM with main area of practice in dispute resolution. Areas of interest: Civil Procedural Law, Law of Obligations and General Theory of Civil Law.
Languages: Portuguese, English, Italian and German.
He is national defense auditor (2017/2018).
