Cláudia Lima Costa, junior researcher at CIJ, takes part in the Doctorate School of Engineering: Smart Systems for Ambient Assisted Living at the University of Alcalá from 13 to 17 January.
The event is an EUGLOH initiative that brings together researchers from the universities of Szeged, Extremadura, Porto, Jaume I, Munich, Novid Sad, Valladolid, Valencia, Deusto, CSIC and Politecnico de Turin to debate different technical, legal and ethical issues surrounding Artificial Intelligence and Robotics applied to vulnerable populations.
The researcher presented a paper on the intersection between the Artificial Intelligence Regulation and the Machinery Regulation in the area of Robotics.
