CIJ researcher takes part in COP29

CIJ researcher Paulo Magalhães will be taking part in the 29th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP29) in Baku (Azerbaijan). 

On 14 November, he will be speaking on the panel ‘Climate, Nobody's Stuff or Common Heritage?’, which will take place at the Portugal Pavilion.
