She is a Ph.D. candidate at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, conducting research focused on the use of new technologies in the context of the prison system. She has a master's degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Federal Fluminense University, with a thesis entitled "Conflict Mediation, New Perspectives: Theoretical Analysis and Case Study on the Integration of Mediation into the Field of Public Policies in General and Public Security." She worked as a substitute professor at the Federal University of Ceará and at the Regional University of Cariri. Her areas of interest include access to justice, criminology, fundamental rights, and restorative justice.
