Junior Researcher
Camila Iglesias holds a degree in Law, a master's degree in Criminology from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto and a PhD scholarship in Criminology from the same institution - a scholarship funded by the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT). She is a trainer in the areas of gender-based violence, gender equality and risk assessment in domestic violence. Over the last few years, she has collaborated as a researcher on various research projects with competitive funding at national and international level on the subject of gender-based violence, especially intimate partner violence, domestic violence and femicide. She is also a researcher for the European Femicide Observatory (Portugal country group) and UMAR's Murdered Women Observatory.
