Ana Oliveira has a PhD in Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto. She is a member of the Order of Portuguese Psychologists and a specialist in the Psychology of Justice and Clinical and Health Psychology. She is a guest assistant professor at the Instituto Superior Manuel Teixeira Gomes (ISMAT). She has collaborated on research projects in the areas of health, trauma, justice, and violence, and presented several works at scientific events and published in national and international journals. She is a trainer in the behavioral, psychosocial, and victimization areas. She works at the Portuguese Victim Support Association (APAV) as a victim support technician and manager of the victim support office in the Department of investigation and Criminal Action (DIAP) of Faro, and as responsible for the Mass Victimization Support Unit.
