CIJ Represented at the International Moot Court

The international Moot Court "Confiscation of Assets and Crime in Europe" was held at the Università del Piemonte Orientale, in Italy, between 20 and 22 April. The FDUP was represented by Helena Lourenço, Mariana Cruz, Roberto Gastão, Sofia Ferreira and Sílvia Moreira.

The initiative was developed under the scope of the research project "PreCrim - Preventing Crime, Respecting Fundamental Rights", whose team includes Sandra Oliveira e Silva, researcher and Sub-Coordinator of the CIJ.
