International Seminar Legal Challenges of Parenting in the 21st Century

The Faculty of Law of the University of Porto (FDUP), the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research on Justice (CIJ), in conjunction with the Ricerca su Relazioni Familiari and Successorie nell'Europa del Sud Inter-University Center (CEDIFAM) and the Desarrollo Institute and Family Stress Analysis in Spain (IDADFE) promote the International Seminar "Legal Challenges of Parenting in the 21st Century". This scientific event will take place at FDUP's Noble Hall on October 18 and 19, 2018.
The Seminar presents as its basic theme “Legal Challenges of Parenting in the 21st Century”, addressing topics such as the new challenges to intergenerational society, socio-affective parenting, protection of minors on the Internet and surrogacy, among others of great scientific relevance.
