Fernanda de Araujo Meirelles Magalhães is a PhD student in Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, Portugal. She holds a Master's degree in Civil Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, Portugal. Bachelor´s degree in Law from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
She practiced law between 2017-2021, in Brazil and Portugal.
Her research areas of interest: Contract Law, especially Smart Contracts, Blockchain, Consumer Law and Digital Law.
