Brígida Magalhães Malheiro

Collaborator Researcher

Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, since September 2020, where she lectures the courses of Political Economy I (Macroeconomics), Public Finance, Introduction to Law and History of Law.
In the 2020/2021 academic year, she taught the Tax Law course.
Currently, she is a researcher at the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research on Justice (CIJ) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto since December 2021.
She is particularly interested in Civil Procedural Law, Corporate Law and Banking Law.
Graduated in Law, since June 2020, from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto.
She is preparing to join the Portuguese Bar Association and works as a trainee lawyer at Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados - S.P., R.L., where she is a member of the litigation department.
