Brígida Magalhães Malheiro

Collaborator Researcher

Guest Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto since September 2020, currently teaching Civil Procedural Law and Civil Procedural Law III. 
 
Since December 2021, she has been a Collaborating Researcher at the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Justice (CIJ) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto.
 
Associate Lawyer at Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados - S.P., R.L., as part of the Litigation and Arbitration department, since 2020. 
 
Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto in June 2020. She has a Master's degree in Law, specialised in Legal-Private Sciences, from the same Faculty, since December 2024. 
 
Attended the IX Postgraduate Course in Arbitration Law, organised by the CIDP, between October 2023 and May 2024, pending the submission of the final work to obtain the academic degree, which will take place in the first quarter of 2025. 
 
Brígida Magalhães Malheiro has a special interest in Civil Procedure Law, Arbitration Law, Corporate Law and Banking Law.
