Open Class "The retention of title in favour of the lender in credit agreements"

On March 14, 2022, at 4pm, an Open Class entitled "The retention of title in favour of the lender in credit agreements" will take place at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto.

This lecture will be given by Clara Sottomayor, Counselling Judge at the Supreme Court of Justice and CIJ Researcher, and is organised within the scope of the Private Contracts class of the 4th year of the Law degree.
