CIJ and the Jean Monnet DigEuCit Module are honoured to announce a Masterclass by Professor Klaus Heine, titled "Advanced Topics of Digital Governance", which will take place at 5pm on 11 April 2024, at FDUP.
Klaus Heine is Professor of Law and Economics at the Erasmus School of Law in Rotterdam. He has extensive teaching experience at undergraduate, master's and doctoral level. His research areas are European economic policy (especially state aid control, federalism and digitalisation), law and economics and management, and he is one of the few academics worldwide working at the intersection of these three research fields. In recent years, he has specialised in the legal incorporation of digitalisation. He also provides consultancy services in this field. Since 2019 he has directed the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence on Digital Governance and is one of the Directors of the Erasmus Centre for Data Analytics.
