The development of a new European Contract Law: On line and digital / Food safety in the European Union: Principles of Care and Consumer protection

The Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, together with CIJ and Càtedra Jean Monnet de Dret Privat Europeu UB - Programa Erasmus+ de la Unió Europea - Universidade de Barcelona, ​​organised the Open Class under the topics The development of a new European Contract law: Online and digital and Food safety in the European Union: Principles of Care and Consumer Protection. These topics were addressed by distinguished invited speakers, namely Esther Arroyo Amayuelas (Professor at the Cátedra Jean Monnet de Derecho Privado Europeo) and Isabel Espín Alba (Professor of Private Law of the University of Santiago de Compostela), respectively.

This session took place on May 15, 2017, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, with moderation of Maria Raquel Guimarães (FDUP), addressed to Master's students, and it was also open to other students and interested parties.
