Short Course of Rural Law

At a time when the country is rediscovering the rural world, this is an excellent opportunity to update knowledge or enter this little-explored niche in law.

CIJ and the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto promoted a Short Curse of Rural Law at 8th, 9th and 10th of May. The Curse had the duration of 16 hours and made an introduction to the Rural Law, aproaching the theme of Rural Contracts, rural land reparcelling, the description of buildings, the taxation and the tax benefits of agriculture, and the Farmer and Cooperative Legal Status.
