Conference "The unification of European Business Law and the Association Henri Capitant's draft European Code"

On April 9, at 3pm, FDUP and CIJ will host the conference "The Unification of European Business Law and the Association Henri Capitant's Draft European Code", organised in collaboration with the Portuguese Group of the Association Henri Capitant.
The event will be attended by Philippe Dupichot, President of the Association Henri Capitant, Professor at the École de Droit de la Sorbonne, Director of the Collège de Droit de la Sorbonne and of the Master 2 de Droit Bancaire et Financier.
The conference will be held in English and will take place in Amphitheatre 1.01 of the FDUP.
