Artificial Intelligence is redefining the world of law. How can we prepare for this transformation? What are the challenges and opportunities facing professionals in the sector?
On 26 March 2025, at 2pm, the Salão Nobre of the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto (FDUP) will host the event ‘AI Thinking Law: From the Application of AI to Legal Practice’, a meeting that aims to explore the concrete effects of AI on the practice of law and the administration of justice.
Highlights of the event:

-Cybersecurity and Edge AI in the legal sector
-The responsible use of AI in the legal profession and the courts, with a focus on:

The event brings together lawyers, academics and experts in Artificial Intelligence, with the aim of providing a multidisciplinary debate open to the community. Participants include representatives from companies such as Promeneum, Palo Alto and IBM.
