Luso-Brazilian Conference on the Universal Declaration of Bioethics

CIJ/FDUP and the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto, together with the International Chair in Bioethics, have been developing a project to review the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights, an international normative instrument approved in 2005 by the UNESCO General Conference.
With this in mind, the Luso-Brazilian Conference on the Universal Declaration of Bioethics is scheduled for 19 February. This is an opportune event to encourage the desired public discussion on the subject within the Lusophone community.
The event will take place at the Salão Nobre of the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, in person.
