On 6 December, the Colloquium "The New Mental Health Law - An Interdisciplinary and Comparative Law Vision" will take place at the Main Hall of the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto.
This event, organised by the FDUP and its Interdisciplinary Research on Justice's Centre (CIJ), will feature eminent national and international speakers on three panels dedicated to the themes: "Mental Illness and Criminal Danger - between Law and Medicine", "Mental Illness and Criminal Danger - a Comparative Law Perspective" and "Security Measures, Involuntary Treatment and Procedural Guarantees".
Admission to the event is free, subject to registration using this form.
