The IVth Edition of the Short Course "The "(new) Administrative Justice" organised by the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto and by the CIJ will take place from 12 to 23 September 2022.
The course will be taught through ZOOM platform, from 6pm to 9pm (working days) and from 10am to 1pm (Saturday), and will have a duration of 30 hours.
This extracurricular training offer, of preparation and improvement of administrative procedural practices, aims to promote the acquisition of specific skills that, by constituting an element of differentiation, enhance success in academic and professional training, enabling students to perform in different institutional contexts, of diversified legal activities, stimulating the acquisition of autonomous skills of practical-forensic application, and complementing and deepening, within the framework of a specialised training, the dogmatic and practical knowledge acquired in the cycle of studies of the bachelor and master's degrees,

Duration: 30 hours of distance learning, via the ZOOM platform.
Recipients: all those dealing with Administrative Litigation issues
Vacancies: 150 places. Registrations will be processed on a first come, first served basis. The minimum number of places for the course is 20
Attendance Certificate: depends exclusively on the attendance of at least 75% of the teaching part (certificate fee: 5.00€)

80 euros - general public
60 euros - former students of the FDUP
35 euros - students of the undergraduate and master's degree courses of the FDUP
(for the general public and former students of the FDUP, insurance will be added in the amount of 2 euros)

Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis until the maximum number of places is filled.
After validation of the registration form, payment instructions will be sent by email with a fixed deadline for regularisation, under penalty of losing the place.
