The present dissertation sets out the bases of a general theory of atypical employment relationships starting with an introduction, covering the terminological and conceptual establishment, as well as the positive and negative delimitation of the phenomenon up to the establishment of a legal notion of atypical employment relationship. This is followed by a first part concerning the phenomenology of atypical employment relationships.
