Changes to the Labour Code
The continuous training course Changes to the Labour Code, started on October 15th, 2019, aimed to enable the acquisition, updating and deepening of knowledge in the area of Labour Law, especially in new topics of high theoretical and practical difficulty, as resulted from the amendments to the Labour Code, which occurred by Law 93/2019, of 4th September.
In this way, intensive training was offered, designed to suit an autonomous training action for magistrates, lawyers and other jurists interested in Labour Law, or the development of a study for students of 2nd or 3rd level of studies. The course could also be taken as an autonomous training action for professionals interested in labour law.
The coordination was in charge of researchers Maria Regina Redinha and Francisco Liberal Fernandes, who shared the lecturing with researcher Duarte Abrunhosa e Sousa.
The course duration was 10 hours of presential training (sessions of 2 hours each) and it was given 1.5 ECTS.
