Negative Euribor Interest Rate Conferences

The Conference on the negative euribor interest rate was held at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto on June 26, 2017, at 2.30 p.m. In this scientific event we have the important presence of Professor Doctor Catarina Monteiro Pires (Faculty of Law of the University of Porto) and Professor Doctor Miguel Pestana de Vasconcelos (Faculty of Law of the University of Porto/CIJ). Interesting and highly impactful topics were addressed, namely the negative index and interest limitation clauses, as well as negative euribor interest rates and their effects on credit agreements.
