Recent Transformations of Iberian Labour Law

The Meeting “Recent Transformations of Iberian Labor Law”, held on April 7 and 8, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, was intended as a space for critical analysis and debate on the latest labour reforms in Portugal and Spain and the changes that successive legislative interventions have triggered in the legal system and in the labour relations of both countries. The thematic spectrum was thus diversified, including, inter alia, aspects of crisis case law, contractual arrangements, public employment, working time or collective agreement.
 

The program of the Meeting included conferences, academic and professional communications, debates and poster presentations whose texts will be published electronically.
