The Professionalization of the Condominium Administrator Activity

With the participation of CIJ, APEGAC held the 1st National Condominium Congress on the theme of professionalizing the condominium administrator activity, which took place at the Lisbon Forum, on April 6, and brought together several speakers and specialized entities in the various areas of condominium management and administration.
The event addressed urgent and needy topics, namely the importance of conducting condominium management, professional condominium management in the construction and real estate sector, new skills in conducting condominium companies, and training as a factor enhancing professional activity, urban regeneration and complementary business opportunities for condominiums.
