Daiva Petrylaitė is Professor at the Private Law Department of Vilnius University and is the Head of the Collective Labour Law and Social Partnership Institute under the Law Faculty, Vilnius University. The scientific research fields of her are: labour relations, industrial relations, social partnership and social policy, public service law.  Professor is the author (co-author) of scientific monographs, textbooks, and numerous scientific articles on issues relating to labour law, social partnership, and public service. In March 2017, Daiva Petrylaitė was appointed a justice of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania.
